Uploading new game

I'm develop a new game now
and it is in AS3
it much more easier for a developer in AS3 to develop in flex builder
the problem is that i'm using few files
data file ,assets files and ect.
my question is:
does the uploading game system allow me to upload more then 1 file?

It doesn't. You could either embed assets (Flex has an embed tag afaik), or load them from another host.
